The 466 features a seat plate motif inspired by the engraved silver plates set beneath the pommel horn on original Bohlin saddles, where the owner’s name was traditionally displayed. This element carries forward a legacy of personal mark and identity central to Bohlin’s Western heritage.
This belt buckle is crafted entirely in sterling silver, with a hand-engraved background in traditional Bohlin scrollwork. Included with the purchase is the option to overlay a first and last name in silver beneath the longhorn, echoing the personalized silver traditionally found on Bohlin saddle seat plates.
