The Look
The Bohlin Seat Plate is one of the most recognized trophy buckles in the company's history.
Originally created as the finishing detail on Bohlin saddles, the design has become an enduring symbol of Western craftsmanship. Each seat plate is die-struck from the original Bohlin die, carved prior to 1938, and pressed in solid 14kt Yellow Gold using Bohlin's vintage press.
Every personalized seat plate is completed by hand, with each letter individually sawn from 14kt Yellow Gold and overlaid onto the plate. This traditional process creates depth, dimension, and a truly one-of-a-kind buckle.

Care

To clean, gently wipe with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and, if needed, use mild diluted soap and warm water to remove surface dirt. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
Avoid chemical polishes or ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage intentional finishes, inlays, and natural oxidation. Patina is part of the story — let it evolve with you.
