The Look

The Horse Whisperer buckle was created as a tribute to the relationship between horse and rider, reflecting Bohlin’s long-standing tradition of Western design, where form and ornament are brought together through hand fabrication.

At the center, a bridled horse head is set within a fully engraved sterling silver field, surrounded by flowing scrollwork that echoes traditional Bohlin engraving patterns. The composition is balanced by four floral elements, each representing a stage in the training of a bridle horse, adding both meaning and structure to the design.

The shape of the buckle draws from classic Bohlin trophy forms of the mid-twentieth century, giving the piece a sense of movement while maintaining a strong, defined presence.
